Job Description Job Description We are actively seeking a
Licensed Mortgage Loan Officer to join our lending platform due to
an immediate increase in opportunity and inbound demand. This
position requires an active NMLS license. Our team is currently
handling thousands of inbound mortgage leads each month from
Realtor.com and Zillow , along with hundreds of active real estate
partnerships , and we are in urgent need of additional licensed
loan officers to support the volume. The opportunity pipeline is
strong, consistent, and growing faster than we can manage
internally. This role is designed for a licensed loan officer who
wants access to real opportunities, real conversations, and real
closings. If you are slow right now, this is likely a strong fit.

supported and valued. Candidates must be licensed in New Hampshire
or Massachusetts to be considered. Compensation: $95,000 - $130,000
at plan earnings Responsibilities: Prospect, develop, and maintain
relationships with potential new business referral partners such as
realtors, builders, bank colleagues, and the community at large
Maintain an active rolling pipeline of funding per our guidelines
Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a
smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactions Work
closely with industry related professionals to gather and prepare
all necessary information to complete underwriting requirements
Monitor the mortgage process to ensure all company and regulatory
processes are adhered to Qualifications: Provide excellent
interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and
verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making
ability Strong understanding of company loan policies and
guidelines, as well as all federal and state regulations
Familiarity with multiple types of loans such as conventional,
fixed/ adjustable, FHA, VA, USDA, bridge, non-conforming, FNMA and
FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit About Company NextGen
