Join Cargill's global team in the Food & Beverage sector as a 2nd Shift Maintenance Technician I. This role is critical in ensuring operational efficiency and excellence by implementing your technical knowledge and skills. Located within our engineering and maintenance department, the position supports Cargill’s mission to nourish and sustain our global community by maintaining our production equipment and systems in optimal condition. Perform routine mechanical and electrical maintenance and repairs on production machinery and facility infrastructure. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Record and report completion of maintenance tasks accurately and timely. Troubleshoot issues to reduce downtime and prevent disruptions. Assist in the implementation of continuous improvement projects. Strong mechanical aptitude Basic understanding of electrical systems Ability to read schematics and manuals Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems Strong problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Preferred: Advanced training or certification in electrical or mechanical systems maintenance OSHA Safety training certification
