Job Description Job Description Salary: $20 - $25 per hour (based on experienc) We are hiring a dependableTemporary Fence Installer / Laborer to join our Fence Division. This full-time role involves installing, maintaining, and removing temporary fencing at construction sites and project locations. Responsibilities: Install and remove temporary fencing panels, posts, and gates Load, unload, and transport fencing materials Use hand and power tools safely Ensure fencing is secure and meets site safety requirements Perform general labor and site cleanup Follow all company safety policies and job site rules Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Reliable, punctual, and safety-minded Valid drivers license preferred Construction or fencing experience a plus (training provided) What We Offer: Health, Dental & Vision Insurance (after 90 days) 401(k) with company match (after 90 days) Performance-based bonuses Opportunities for growth and advancement Schedule: Full-time Work Location: In-person / job sites
