Job Description Job Description Must have completed Behavior Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A full-semester contract opportunity is available for a Behavior Specialist or Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in grades 4-6 within a K-12 school environment. This role is based in Nashua, NH, serving Hollis Upper Elementary School and requires immediate availability through June 17, 2026. Key Responsibilities: Deliver Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) support and interventions to students with special education needs (SPED) in grades 4-6. Manage a caseload focused on behavioral goals and progress within the school setting. Collaborate with educators and support staff to adapt strategies, including flexible responses to classroom changes. Complete required documentation and maintain compliance with district and agency protocols. Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes to comply with district standards. Qualifications: ABA certification or active candidacy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with certification present at the start of the assignment. Proven experience working in school-based settings with the special education population. At least one completed professional reference. Ability to pass district fingerprints/background checks and onboarding requirements. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively in dynamic classroom environments. Reliable transportation for daily commute. Availability Monday through Friday during school hours.
