Job Description:
Job Description Job Description Master's degree in
Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1 year of
Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do
not meet these qualifications will not be considered. A K-12 school
in New Bedford, MA is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) for a contract
position during the current school year (CSY). This role involves
providing speech and language support services to students across
the K-12 spectrum, helping to enhance their communication skills
and academic success. Qualifications: MA State licensure and State
Educational Certification required Bachelors level degree in
Speech-Language Pathology or related field Previous experience in
school settings preferred, but not required Credentials such as
SLP-CCC, SLP-Pediatrics, SLP-CFY, or SLPA-School are valuable
Responsibilities: Conduct speech and language evaluations for
students Develop and implement individualized therapy plans Monitor
and document student progress Collaborate with teachers, parents,
and other professionals to support student needs Participate in
team meetings and professional development activities as needed
