In this Senior Electrical Engineer role you'll be at the forefront of designing, developing, and optimizing electrical systems crucial to our manufacturing processes. You will be supporting New Product Development through design and ensuring that all products meet the necessary standards. DescriptionThe Senior Electrical Engineer will report directly into the VP of Engineering and be responsible for:

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
• Lead the design, development, and optimization of electrical systems for industrial manufacturing processes, including power distribution, controls, and automation.
• Manage the workload of the design engineers and support the efforts of New Product Development.
• Conduct feasibility studies, simulations, and cost analyses to evaluate design alternatives and select optimal solutions.
• Specify and select electrical components, equipment, and materials, considering factors such as performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering.
  • 5-10 years of experience in electrical circuit protections and medium voltage system design.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles and automated industrial equipment.
  • Experience with regulatory standards (e.g., NEC, IEC), safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks Electrical) and simulation tools.
