Job Description:

Trillium is seeking a seasoned Mac Endpoint Engineer with expertise in Jamf Pro to support enterprise management of macOS devices.This contractor role involves working closely with and reporting to the Endpoint Engineering Senior Technologist, supporting team initiatives from Service Delivery and providing high-level technical expertise on Apple systems within the enterprise.Responsibilities:

• Implement macOS management strategies using Jamf Pro under the guidance of the Endpoint Engineer Senior Technologist.
• Provide Tier 3 support for escalated macOS issues, including troubleshooting complex problems.
• Assist in deploying and optimizing macOS environments, including zero-touch provisioning.
• Ensure security compliance for Apple devices, including integration with Apple Business Manager and endpoint protection policies.
• Automate workflows using Bash, Python, or AppleScript to improve efficiency.
• Document technical procedures and develop user-friendly resources for IT staff.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Apple technology solutions with business needs.
• Coordinate with vendors to set expectations, maintain communication, and ensure service levels are met, raising issues when necessary and collaborating on solutions.In-office presence required three days a week, Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.Must-Haves:

• 10+ years of experience in macOS enterprise support.
• Advanced expertise in Jamf Pro.
• Deep understanding of macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager.
• Experience with enterprise software packaging and deployment.
• Scripting skills in Bash, Python, or AppleScript.
• Experience with MDM, endpoint security, and compliance.
• Knowledge of networking, VPN, and authentication protocols.
• Experience with cloud-based identity management (Azure AD, Okta).
• Previous support experience in structured enterprise IT initiatives.
