Job Description Job Description Project Manager We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing ground-up construction, fit-out, and tenant improvement projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Lead project planning and execution, ensuring all project goals are met Coordinate with architects, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle Manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare and present project updates to stakeholders Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and project specifications Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the construction industry Proven experience in managing ground-up construction and fit-out projects Strong understanding of construction processes and methodologies Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Proficiency in project management software and tools Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus - For this position, you must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa.
