This position offers hands-on training, a clear path for career advancement, and all the tools and uniforms you need to succeed. What You'll Do: Perform specific work on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency and per dealership standards Diagnose and repair automotive vehicle systems, including flushes, oil changes, tire rotations, etc. Provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs Explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers Continuously learn new technical information and techniques through formal training sessions to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology Inspect and test new vehicles and record findings so that necessary repairs can be made Who You Are: You are a reliable individual with a strong work ethic You are customer-focused and driven by the quality of your work You are a team player who possesses a positive attitude You hold the quality of your work to a high standard, and details matter You have a sense of urgency and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment You like to learn new things and are looking for an opportunity to grow your career in the automotive industry Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Possess a valid driver's license and favorable motor vehicle record Able to pass a pre-employment background check Authorized to work in the United States Who We Are: Berlin City Auto Group is a family of dealerships throughout Maine, New Hampshire, and Vermont.
