We are currently seeking an Account Service Manager to help manage accounts for our BRAND NEW state-of-the-art industrial laundry facility.This is NOT a Sales position. The right person for this position would be someone who has Inventory and/or Service experience.Responsibilities:* Manage key accounts* Examine cost, inventory and product utilization data with customers* Develop relationships with key decision makers within the healthcare community from housekeeper level on up to administrators / owners* Active participation in linen committee meetings, linen awareness programs and positively represent Unitex at resident / family council meetings on healthcare facility sites* Participate and set account installations and appropriate schedules with new account administration, departing vendors, and plant production staff to ensure a smooth transition* Achieve profit and loss objectives; controls costs; uses financial analyses; operates within budget guidelines* Review and interpret reports; probes, audits and examines new information; uses information to improve performance* Interact daily with Unitex production and service departments to any quality and/or quantity issues* Create presentations and linen utilization reports* Review service agreements and renews contractsRequirements:* Proven solid history of experience in service/operations environment (5 + years)* Must be able to physically push carts 75+ pounds* Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and has the solid ability to develop relationships with accounts and onsite staff* Extremely motivated and enjoys the fast-paced environment of traveling directly to customer sites daily* Problem solver that can multi task and think on his/her feet and think outside of the box* Proficient in writing business letters, price quotations and proposals* Must be Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)* Is proactive with customer retention - shows passion, energy and commits oneself to the companyComprehensive Benefits Offered:* Two medical plans to choose from with NO DEDUCTIBLES!* Two Dental plans to choose from* Vision plan* Long-term disability insurance paid for by Unitex* A life insurance policy in the amount of your salary* 401k plan matching 25% of each dollar contributes up to 10% of your salary* Vacation, sick time and personal days* Stability with career growth opportunitiesVisit us at www.unitex.com/careers to see us in action and to apply.
