Job Description:

IT Project Manager - 2 days WFH until Spring 2022 then onsite 5 days Accountability Objective: Lead the definition, planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of projects. Manage budget, scope, timeline, quality for projects to ensure that projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Develop, document, analyze and re-design business processes. Key Responsibilities: Lead the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Develop a detailed budget and project plan to monitor and track progress Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for project execution Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs Measure and report project performance Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders Manage project risks is a plus Agile Scrum Master or Product Owner certification is a plus Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Translate business requirements into user and functional requirements. Analyze complex business problems and assess how process changes and systems can be implemented to solve them. Provide IT support for regulatory and compliance activities. Requirements/Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Business 5 years of progressive experience leading and managing IT projects including ERP, web and other software implementation projects Experience with multiple software development and project management methodologies including waterfall, rapid iterative development and Agile Solid understanding of business functional areas, business management issues and data analysis. Exceptional written and oral communication abilities and presentation skills. Experience in leading cross functional project teams. Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management. Experience with process modeling methodology and tools. Ability to diagnose problems & provide viable solutions. Ability to utilize Continuous Improvement concepts and philosophies on a regular basis Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certificationby Jobble
