Job Description Accountability Objective: Responsible for reviewing artwork and accurately process all incoming orders, contacting customers on order and art related issues. This position requires the ability to provide customers creative options for decorated items as well as having high ability to multi-task, adjust to changing priorities and work under strict deadlines. The ability to communicate clear and concise information to multiple parties, including internal team members and customers, is necessary. Key Responsibilities: Provide clear, concise order information to all internal / external customers. Knowledgeable in ERP systems Familiar with Illustrator and Photoshop to validate incoming art files. Maintain clean reports/queues. Understand and manage lead-time situations. Record all customer communications and documents appropriately. Ability to identify improvement opportunities. Understanding of product line, pricing, inventory and marketing programs. Identify decoration issues and contact customer for resolution. Ability to offer a variety of creative solutions to both art and order challenges. Provide price quotes for all order and decorating techniques. Answer customer Proof calls as needed. Assist Proof coordinators as needed. Perform other related duties as assigned. Requirements/Qualifications: Ability to multi-task and prioritize within a fast-paced work environment. Proficient with Microsoft, Outlook, Excel, Word and document management. Proficient in ERP systems. Gemline uses IFS. Excellent organizational and troubleshooting skills. Ability to handle volumes of work while maintaining very tight deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Must be extremely detail oriented. Ability to work independently with little supervision. Must be willing to work in a team environment. Minimum 3 years--- experience in a customer service/sales environment. College degree or equivalent work experience. High adaptability to change.
