Key Responsibilities
Oversee a team of Customer Success Managers to enhance customer
experience and value
Implement processes and frameworks to improve team effectiveness
and track performance metrics
Coach and develop team members, ensuring they have the necessary
tools and knowledge to succeed
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer success or account management in
the SaaS industry
2+ years of people management experience in a customer-facing
role
Proven track record of managing and developing high-performing
teams
Strong understanding of customer success best practices and
methodologies
Proficiency in customer success software and CRM systems
