We are looking to hire a full-time Clinician for our Essex
Medication Re-Entry Grant Expansion (EMRGE) Program

About EMRGE -- The Essex Medication Re-Entry Grant Expansion
Program is a program for incarcerated and/or justice involved
individuals with opiate and alcohol dependence. The program helps
participants overcome barriers such as employment assistance,
recovery, community support and mental health services.
As a Re-Entry Behavioral Heath Clinician , You will work with a
dynamic team of case managers, clinicians, and correctional staff
to ensure that clients receive the care and support they need to be
successful. This program will be a hybrid position providing
clinical services by working remotely with our outpatient
behavioral health clinic and working in person with
justice-involved re-entry participants seeking mental health and
substance use support. The role will be located in Essex county and
will be telehealth and in-person, depending on the client's
location.

This role is about making a difference in the lives of the people
we serve. You'll bring the following qualifications:
Must have a Master's Degree in mental health counseling, social
work, psychology, or a related field
Must have at least a year of experience working with clients
diagnosed with substance use disorders, mental health disorders,
and co-occurring disorders.
Must have experience working with various ages, diverse
populations, and a wide range of diagnoses
Must have experience using safety/risk assessment skills in
supporting high-risk populations
Must have knowledge of trauma-informed and harm reduction
philosophies
Computer skills required to learn electronic medical record
system
Unlicensed candidates must be interested in working towards
licensure
Licensed candidates (LMHC, LICSW, LMFT, and LADCI) must hold an
active license in MA
