Job Description:

*RN-Telemetry Needed in Lawrence, MA** Contract : 13 weeks* shift : 8hrs Evening* Pay :$60/hrResponsibilities:- Provide direct and individualized nursing care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing principles- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians- Monitor and interpret patient vital signs and telemetry readings- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to ensure quality patient care- Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records- Educate patients and their families on disease processes, treatment plans, and self-care techniquesRequirements:- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice- Minimum of 1 year of experience in telemetry or a related field- Knowledge of medical records systems and electronic health records (EHR)- Proficiency in aseptic technique and infection control practices- Strong patient assessment skills and ability to recognize changes in patient condition- Experience with neonatal ventilators is a plus- Ability to work effectively with individuals with developmental disabilities or special needs- Familiarity with memory care practices for patients with dementia or Alzheimer's disease- Experience in primary care settings is preferred- Competency in administering injections and performing minor suturingWe offer competitive compensation, comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, retirement plan, paid time off, and professional development opportunities.
