JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provide quality care to patients and their families.
• Assess, plan, and evaluate care for a complex patient population.
• Respond to a full range of health and illnesses.
• Adhere to the Board of Registration in Nursing rules and regulations.
• Work with dedicated professionals committed to patient centred excellence.
• Act as an advocate for patients, families, and significant others.

• The Telemetry Nurse (RN) provides care and constant monitoring of patients, often in critical condition.
• The Telemetry Registered Nurse reviews electrical activity of the heart and cares for a variety of patients including those suffering from heart failure, diabetes, GI diseases, and other acute diagnoses. Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing
    Successfully passed Board of Registration in Nursing Examination and licensed in the Commonwealth of state.
  • ADN required; BSN preferred. Requirements:
    • COVID vaccine with 2 Shots & Booster License/Certification:
      • Current American Heart Association Health Care Provider CPR certification required.
      • ACLS & BLS is required. Experience:
        • 2+ years RN experience required. Education:
          • Bachelors Degree Certification:
            • Basic Life Support
