Job Description:
Join a dynamic healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in Critical
Care, providing comprehensive patient assessments, care planning,
implementation, and evaluation.
Assess physical, psychological, social, spiritual, and cultural
needs, reviewing patient data and diagnostics.
Develop and revise individualized care and discharge plans in
collaboration with the healthcare team and family.
Deliver direct patient care, delegate tasks, supervise staff, and
ensure effective communication for continuity of care.
Document all care activities accurately and timely, adhering to
policies and standards.
Participate in evidence-based practice, quality improvement,
