Job Description:
Seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner for home risk assessments,
including adult and geriatric evaluations, social and medical
history reviews, medication adherence, and health education.
Open to new grads with valid RN and NP licensure, board
certification, and prescriptive authority.
Conduct assessments in home, SNF, and community settings,
collaborating with healthcare teams and primary care
physicians.
Flexible schedule with days, evenings, nights, and weekends; earn
$2,000-----"$10,000/month based on completed assessments.
Requirements include Master--------s degree or equivalent
experience, current certifications (BLS, ACLS), computer skills,
and reliable transportation.
Benefits include mileage reimbursement and optional voluntary
benefits; PRN status means no benefits except 401(k).
Travel required; valid driver--------s license and insurance
necessary.
