GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN OR - Operating Room Manager for a travel nursing job in Lawrence, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: OR - Operating Room - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 11/10/2025 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 10 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel - Looking for 2 years experience as a Nurse Manager in the Operating Room - EMR: Meditech - Duties of Manager: Ensure optimal efficiency in daily flow throughout surgical services Evaluate and assess the daily schedule and staffing plan and to make adjustments to clinical assignments if necessary to enhance the overall performance of the department and functioning of the unit. - Evaluate and respond to changes in the daily schedule in real-time including add-on cases, late running cases, resource allocation, and other situations as they present - Must be strong in Ortho trauma Total joints (Hip, Knee, Shoulder, Reverse Shoulders) - What Scope system do they use? Vascular (Fem Pop, AAA, AV fistula, Thrombectomies) GYN- Hysteroscopy, ABD/Vaginal/Lap assisted Hysterectomy, Cystectomy General-Lap find out if the candidate is comfortable running the camera. Colorectal hemicolectomy, Hepatic resections? ENT (if no eyes its ok to still approve) Peds t&a and tubes Urology; Prostatectomy lap vs open, TURP, Stents, Cystos Bariatrics Spine (neuro and ortho) - Do they do Ant/Post spines if so which table? - No cranies, yes burr hole, subdural hematoma, ).
