ASAP About the Position Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.00/Hourly. Summary:
The Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) works as a vital member
of the surgical team in the operating room. The CST assists
surgeons, nurses, and anesthesia providers by preparing the
operating room, maintaining a sterile field, and ensuring that
surgical instruments and supplies are available throughout
procedures. Responsibilities: Prepare operating rooms by setting up
sterile instruments, equipment, and supplies. Maintain aseptic
technique and a sterile field during surgical procedures.
Anticipate the needs of the surgeon and pass instruments and
supplies. Assist with patient positioning, skin preparation, and
draping. Count instruments, sponges, and sharps before, during, and
after surgery. Handle specimens according to policy and ensure
proper labeling. Requirements Requirements: Minimum of 2 years
Current CST experience Required, NBSTSA Required, Muct have high
proficiency in ORTHO, TOTAL JOINTS AND NEURO Required, Scrubbing
experience (General, Ortho, Neuro, Endo)Required BLS Certification,
