About the Position Job Title: Hospice RN, Home Health RN, Wound

Shift: 8 am - 5 pm Experience: Minimum 2 years required License:
Valid driver's license in good standing Certifications: BLS

Set) experience - Home Health and Hospice experience - Experience
traveling from patient to patient for home visits - Ability to
manage and adjust to changes in schedule Description: The position
requires providing care in home health and hospice settings. Some
weekend coverage is required. Some call may be scheduled but only
on an emergency basis. The role entails outpatient care. Experience
with EMR systems, specifically HealthWyse (Careficient), is
preferred. Candidates must be able to adapt to varying schedules. A
