Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Concord, NH Agency: Mindlance Health Pay: $2,420 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/16/2026 About the Position ID: 75448062 Shift: 12hr Nights 12x Description: HWL Hospital-AN-0484 Looking for ASAP start dates\r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2 years of experience in (specialty) and documents travel experience.\r\n2 recent (specialty) Charge/Manager RN References\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nDrivers licenses with address that matches demographics\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required\r\nCurrent Certifications required: BLS required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS preferred\r\nWill need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% \r\n\r\n1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary.
