Our CarePlus Specialty Pharmacy supports patients with complex conditions such as autoimmune diseases, hepatitis, HIV, oncology, and organ transplants. As a member of the back-end dispensing team, you’ll play a critical role in the medication fulfillment process, ensuring prescriptions are processed, packaged, and prepared for delivery with precision and care. Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week), Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM — No nights or weekends! Key Responsibilities: - Accurately fill and label prescriptions in accordance with pharmacy regulations and protocols - Prepare medications for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and documentation - Perform quality checks to verify accuracy of filled prescriptions - Support inventory management, including restocking and tracking medication supplies - Collaborate with pharmacists and other technicians to maintain workflow efficiency - Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment - Assist with data entry and prescription processing as needed Required Qualifications: - Eligible for pharmacy technician licensure in the state of Maine - Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, or insurance-related fields Preferred Qualifications: - Previous pharmacy technician experience, especially in a fulfillment or dispensing role - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with pharmacy systems and technology Education: - High School Diploma or equivalent Why Join Us? - Comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, and more) - Benefits eligibility within 30 days or the first of the month - 16 paid days off 10 paid holidays - Opportunities for growth and advancement in a supportive team environment Anticipated Weekly Hours 40 Time Type Full time Pay Range The typical pay range for this role is: $17.00 - $28.46 This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. Our people fuel our future.
