Job Description 3B Healthcare Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit Level I for a travel nursing job in Burlington, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 03/09/2026 - Duration: 8 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Position: RN PCU Assignment Length: 8 weeks Shift: 12-hour nights Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (nights: Fri–Sun; days: Sat–Sun) Start: Weekly start dates (Mondays) Submission Requirements: - Epic experience required - Must be able to titrate pressors (please highlight in candidate write-up) - IVS required to manager for approval Testing: - Day-one pass/fail testing will be administered - Relias practice tests available in advance Certifications: - BLS (AHA) required - ACLS (AHA) and NIHSS preferred Clinical Expectations: - Patient ratios typically 1:3–5 - Floating required to ED holds, inpatient holds, PACU, and other boarding units - Floating occurs in 4-hour blocks during shift (multiple floats are rare but possible) Experience: - Level I Trauma experience preferred - If no prior travel experience, Level I Trauma required About 3B Healthcare Inc.
