Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Concord, NH Agency: Lancesoft Inc Pay: $3,400 to $3,500 per week Shift Information: Nights - 4 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 3/16/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Med/Surg / Tele RN in Concord, New Hampshire, 03301! Shift: 7p-7a (4X12s) This is a High Acuity Med Surge floor/ Respiratory Care Unit EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required Current Certifications required: BLS (AHA)required, NHISS needed prior to start., ACLS (AHA) preferred Will need to take a Dysrhythmia Exam during onboarding with a preferred score of 80% 1-2 yrs minimum Med surg experience is necessary. Would be open to Critical Care RN as long as fluent with care of med-surg ratios & acuity.
