Job Description First Connect Health is seeking a local contract nurse RN Endoscopy Manager for a local contract nursing job in Concord, Massachusetts. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Endoscopy - Discipline: RN - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days, flexible - Employment Type: Local Contract Job Title: Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Interventional Radiology Location: Concord, Massachusetts Job Summary The Nurse Manager assumes 24-hour responsibility for the management of the Endoscopy Unit and Interventional Radiology. This role is accountable for assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care services on a 24-hour basis. The Nurse Manager ensures high-quality patient care delivery and that professional nursing practice aligns with established standards and organizational policies. Direct reports include: - Registered Nurses (RNs) - Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) - Patient Care Assistants - Unit Secretaries Strong Assistant Nurse Managers may be considered with approval.
