is responsible to support Human Resources Department
organizing,coordinating and carry out human resource processes and
initiatives that promotesemployee's development and an engaging
work environment.WHAT YOU'LL DO You will be responsible for: ---
Advertise new job opportunities on job boards, recruitment agencies
and social media. --- Responsible for hourly positions recruitment:
contact candidates, schedule interview, apply tests, provide
feedback to candidates and keep an accurate system of applications
records. --- Answer all income calls. --- Greet and guide
candidates and visitors. --- Deliver, create and translate
communications to employees. --- Support creating new employees'
personnel files. --- Report weekly worked hours to staff agencies.
--- Reach out agencies in case of absent temporary employees. ---
Add new temporary employees in the HRIS. --- Review staff agencies'
invoices. --- Onboard new hourly employees. --- Assign lockers and
conduct frequent audits. --- Prepare and send offer letter for new
employees. --- Create employee's badges. --- Create and update HR
presentations as needed. --- Follow up with new hires on their
first weeks of employment. --- Provide administrative support to
employees as needed. --- Create and translate job descriptions. ---
Create and deliver training contents as needed. --- Support in the
creation and promotion of annual activities or celebrations. ---
Prepare, purchase, and distribute awards and company giveaways. ---
Keep the Engagement Board informative and updated. --- Works
closely to support other HR functions as needed. --- And any other
related task that the supervisor deems to be necessary.WHAT WE'RE

qualifications: REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS --- GED or high school
diploma --- Must be bi-lingual Spanish and English. --- Ability to
successfully interact with all levels of employees using superior
interpersonal skills. --- Highly proficient in MS Office with an
emphasis on Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Can create formulas,
format, and filter with ease. --- Thrives in fast-paced growth
environment. Ability to wear multiple hats and
multi-task.---Comfortable navigating and using cloud-based systems
including Google Calendar, Email, Google Docs and Google Sheets.
--- Good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
--- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. ---
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet
deadlines. PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS --- Bachelor's degree in human
resources or related field and/or equivalent experience. --- 2 plus
years' experience in a manufacturing environment supporting Human
Resources. --- Proven experience in office environment. --- Working
understanding of human resource principles, practices and
