This position will support product development and sustaining engineering development. - The engineer must have a strong track record of creative and innovative problem solving in cross-functional environments as well as a desire to grow by working on a fast-paced, highly-collaborative, multidisciplinary team. - Nexcelom is looking for an individual to be versatile, self-motivated, independent, and experienced.Responsibilities:

• Lead design, development and testing of complex product features and services
• Assist in the architecture of project structure and deployment strategy to deliver robust, maintainable solutions
• Analyze and implement business requirements
• Provide time and effort estimates as it relates to engineering efforts
• Implement measurable technical standards to ensure long-term success
• Adapt at understanding and applying latest technologies and design patterns
• Evaluate and perform design trade-offs regarding the architecture of software components
• Ability to implement unit testing and automated testing frameworks for new and existing features
• Ability to work in an Agile/iterative development and design process
• Follows established development practices and guidelines
• Mentor other engineers in software development best practicesBasic Qualifications:
  • Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
  • 5+ year's experience in software engineering field
  • C# / .NET
  • GitPreferred Qualifications:
    • Masters Degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree
    • 8+ years' software development or programming experience
    • WPF / MVVM
    • C++
    • SQL
    • WPF / MVVM
    • Entity Framework
    • Prism
    • Experience with Azure DevOps
    • Ability to work in a cross functional team
    • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
