Fidelity Investments, a leader in the financial services sector with a robust global presence, is seeking a Manager for Digital Assets Risk Operations based in Boston, MA. This role is pivotal in managing risks associated with digital asset investments, ensuring compliance with both internal controls and external regulations. As a part of our dedicated Risk Management & Compliance team, you'll oversee the operational risk framework for digital assets, devise risk mitigation strategies, and lead a team tasked with safeguarding our digital asset portfolio. Develop and implement risk management frameworks for digital assets. Identify, assess, and monitor digital asset risks in alignment with both market trends and regulatory changes. Lead, train, and manage a team of risk professionals to achieve business and compliance objectives. Collaborate with other departments to integrate risk management practices with overall business strategies. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and ensure all processes are compliant. Prepare and present risk analysis reports to senior management. Work closely with technology teams to bolster security measures around digital asset transactions. Proficiency in risk management methodologies and practices Strong leadership and team management skills Deep understanding of digital assets and blockchain technology Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Effective communication and reporting skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Risk Manager (CRM) Certification in Blockchain or Digital Assets is a plus
