digital experience of consumers and/or patients who could benefit
from Sanofi specialty therapies. As part of the DTC/P Advanced
Analytics & AI team, you will be accountable to provide the data,
systems and analytical tools to identify and resolve issues
encountered by consumers/patients on their health journey through
the provision of timely and informed personalized engagement. The
ideal candidate will possess: A strong background in Data and
Analytics and passion for driving innovation through foundational
data-driven solutions Multiple years of experience managing and
influencing both Business and Digital stakeholders Demonstrated
ability to drive consensus, navigate competing priorities and
secure buy-in for strategic initiatives As the DTC/P Advanced
Analytics & AI Product Owner you will lead the: Evolution of the
DTC/P ecosystem; ensuring the platform and assets are activation
ready to support all the Use Cases required by the Business
Innovation of the DTC/P ecosystems ensuring the platform and assets
are Future Fit ready, able to support AI mediated engagement
throughout the customer journey lifecycle Impact assessment of key
digital direct consumer/patient experience products and initiatives
In this role you will co-define product strategy with the business,
plan the corresponding roadmap, drive product delivery and
measure/optimize business impact. Additionally, you will take an
active role in the delivery: Leading business reviews, articulating
digital concepts and ROI to non-technical stakeholders Creating
processes and procedures for data on-boarding, audience
activations, and consumption ready measurement data. Navigating and
resolving conflicts between competing stakeholder priorities,
making data-driven recommendations that balance business value,

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements,
drive technology strategy, and deliver tailored digital solutions
Capture business needs and impact to support the business case
creation Assess the risks of various solutions and prioritize
competing business demands Elicit and document requirements Define,
set up, and validate that the solution meets functional and
non-functional requirements Own the assessment and prioritization
of Consumer/Patient use cases, ensuring alignment with strategic
goals Design and implement the end-to-end product vision and
delivery, as it pertains to DTC/P Activation and based on impact
assessments Standardize and deliver digital products with a focus
on the consumer/patient experience analytics and AI Promote
architectural consistency and usability standards; define and
execute test cases Manage the DTC/P Activation product roadmap,
including budget planning, resource allocation, and feasibility
assessments Provide consultative support on business-led technology
initiatives Identify opportunities for business-led delivery; coach
employees to make use of technology and information About You Core
(technical) requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science,
Information Systems, Software Engineering, Business/Data Analytics
or similar field At least 5 years of experience working in Digital
engagement orchestration environments Ability to rapidly understand
key business processes and their corresponding data flows
Proficiency in reading, evaluating SQL logic and corresponding
output Proficiency in segmentation testing, A/B testing
methodologies, and experimental design for impact assessments
Knowledge of KPIs, hierarchies, and the understanding of data
relationships Hands-on experience with LiveRamp (or equivalent)
Safe Haven data collaboration & clean room environment Hands-on
experience with Media Partners, with particular focus on media
partner on-boarding negotiation, data integration and data ready
platform consumption Understanding of measurement and cross media
intelligence Core soft skills requirements Track-record of
problem-solving & overcoming roadblocks in a complex environment,
with a get things done mindset Strong cross-functional leadership &
influencing skillsincluding an ability to work efficiently
cross-functionally with: Internal/external data engineers and data
scientists to test outcomes and recommend enhancements Business
stakeholders to understand business priorities and pull through

Strong verbal and written communication skills Preferred experience
Pharmaceutical consumer prospecting experience, e.g., knowledge of
healthcare data privacy & compliance regulations Experience in
Identity Resolution, Match Rates, Tagging, & Inter-Connectivity of
various data platforms. Audience activation experiences; connected
onboarding pipes, quality control, status reporting Experience with
model-based audience creation; look-a-like modeling; test and
control; segmentation Experience in Agile development processes and
DevOps methodology / principals Foundational data experience. Data
dictionary, Taxonomy, Naming Conventions Experience with media
