Bulger Veterinary Hospital is located in Lawrence, MA, and we are looking to hire a Full-time highly motivated Client Care Supervisor to join our team.About the Role: The Client Care Supervisor serves in a leadership capacity to assist the rest of the administrative team in motivating, supporting, and training Client Care Specialists and Hospital Service Agents to provide exemplary customer service, maintain accurate records, and ensure the smooth flow of patients through the hospital. In conjunction with the administrative team: The Client Care Supervisor is responsible for scheduling, supervising and coaching CCS and HSA staff, managing accounts receivable and overseeing daily cash transactions. Models exemplary customer service skills and coaches team to continue to develop their own skill sets. Resolves customer issues. Actively interacts with internal support areas. Responsible for all CCS staff performance reviews. Works with the administrative team to make decisions for the hospital.Responsibilities:

• Reconciling of daily cash, credit card and check transactions
• Schedules and maintains appropriate staffing for CCS and HSA teams
• Maintains and keeps an organized Lobby with a positive and inviting environment
• Manages the accounts receivable for all departments
• Develops strong internal partnerships with all departments within the hospital
• Works with the Assistant Supervisor to conduct yearly performance reviews, training and developing of the Client Care Specialist and Hospital Service Agents teams
• Responsible for all hiring of new team members to the CCS and HSA teams
• Consistently models exemplary customer service and coaches CCS and HSAAbout You:
  • Minimum of 5 years experience as a Client Care Specialist or equivalent
  • Demonstrated leadership ability in an operations area related to Veterinary or Medical operations
  • Professional staff development, management, training, and employee counseling skills
  • You will embody our culture by treating every client with the utmost courtesy and attention, with a keen sensitivity to the emotional bond between clients and their pets.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills that highlight your ability to provide a positive, friendly, and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Superior interpersonal skills and be able to develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Listening and responding appropriately to the concerns of clients and team member.
  • Previous experience as a veterinary receptionist, medical secretary, or customer service representative strongly preferred.
  • Ability to be flexible in your scheduleEducation, License and Job Requirements: -
    • Associates degree or equivalent work experience preferredSchedule: Full time hours 36 hours a week including one weekend shift per week and 3 holiday shifts a year.
