Job Description:

Our client, a healthcare supplier located in Andover, is seeking a price activation specialist / customer service representative. Under the direction of the Vice President of Contracting, this position manages all contract price activation processes providing contract connection support for members and member facing staff ensuring member's access and receive accurate pricing. This roles primarily serves as a data entry position so any CRM experience is a plus! This role consists of a Monday through Friday schedule and can compensate up to $20 hourly. Essential duties include:* Price activate contracts via Premier's SCA tool on behalf of members* Troubleshoot price activations which have not been responded to by a supplier * Communicate with Staff, including Member Services and Account Management teams in obtaining required documentation, including but not limited to account numbers and Participating Member Designation Forms* Manage central price activation process ensuring all price activations are completed and accepted by suppliers* Complete Market Basket Price Activations and send required document templates to Account Managers * Create and maintain member lists within the Premier SCA tool in order to perform the price activation process* Maintain accurate price activation records in our contract management system (currently CRM)* Upload new member information in CRM to support the rostering processSkills required:* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team* Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain concerns and solve issues* Meticulous attention to detail* Strong organizational skills* Strong proficiency with Microsoft OfficeEducation:* High School diploma required* Associates or Bachelor's degree preferredBeacon Hill is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
