Job DescriptionThe Summer Enrichment Program Facilitator will develop and manage a comprehensive four-week enrichment program of on-site activities. He/she will coordinate activities and staffing to provide a seamless operation ensuring student safety and full participation in enrichment activities.Summer Enrichment Program FacilitatorResponsibilities:

• Develop and facilitate a program of enrichment activities for students enrolled in the Summer Enrichment Program
• Create weekly enrichment projects
• Communicate with Summer Enrichment Program Leader regarding student attendance, any specific project requirements, and student discipline
• Ensure smooth transition of students in the building and grounds.Experience/Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's required in Education or related field
  • 3 years' experience in a school as a teacher or paraprofessional
  • Excellent communications skills – oral and written
  • Strong management skills: supervision, organization, multi-tasking
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferredTuesday, June 21 to Friday, July 15 excluding Monday, July 4Hours: 7:30am to 11:30amStipend Amount: In house non exempt - current hourly rate; outside $20/hour
