Job Description Sr. Talent Acquisition Specialist Lupoli Companies, Lawrence, MA Summary: The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will oversee the entirety of talent acquisition efforts throughout Lupoli Companies and its several different divisions. The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will execute the full cycle of recruitment and partner with key stakeholders to build, establish and evolve talent acquisition strategies, along with networking and building pipelines of strong and diverse talent. Primary Responsibilities: Execute the full life cycle recruiting process for Lupoli Companies by developing a targeted sourcing strategy that leverages a variety of tools, including but not limited to: resources including the internet, social media, database, college recruiting, community organizations, agency partnerships, internal and external networking, and other techniques. Qualify candidates via screening, interviewing, and participating in the selection of final candidates. Negotiate offers (in conjunction with the Hiring Manager and VP of Human Resources and compensation as appropriate) and provides guidance and recommendations in the areas of relocation, sign-on bonuses, etc. Ensure that administrative and compliance requirements are completed in a timely manner via the ATS and other systems. Develop an understanding and broad working knowledge of the competitive marketplace and utilizes this specialized knowledge to refine sourcing strategies, provide consultative partnership to the business, and ensure seamless service while managing expectations. Participate in the development and implementation of long and short-term sourcing and hiring strategies for the most challenging and hard-to-fill openings. Manage relationships with schools, professional associations, and other organizations to build new networks of appropriate sources for hiring. Establish long-term relationships with candidates by developing and maintaining an effective pipeline and network of diverse talent. Assist other departments with special projects, as necessary. Requirements: High School Diploma/GED. Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience with full-cycle recruitment. Must have proficient experience with application tracking systems (ATS). Experience with sourcing techniques including diversity recruiting, identifying passive talent, building talent pipelines, and referral generation Self-starter who can operate effectively in a collaborative environment and navigate ambiguity independently and influence stakeholders. Must have the ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English. Bi-lingual fluency (Spanish) is a plus but not a requirement. High level of professionalism and standard of a positive attitude, behavior, and appearance. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
