Are you ready to join our team?General OverviewWe are seeking a full-time, 40-hour Call Center Representative to work Monday through Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm.The Call Center Representative handles a high volume of inbound calls (about 65 per day) on behalf of Pentucket Medical Associates, providing outstanding service to our callers by answering questions, handling complaints, and troubleshooting problems.LocationOur Call Center is based out of our RiverWalk location in Lawrence, MA (500 Merrimack Street). Employees are expected to be onsite for all hours worked during onboarding/training. There are options for 100% remote and hybrid work after the successful completion of the first 90 days of employment.Essential Functions Screens and directs to appropriate location and/or department Schedules patient appointments from sick to follow ups; virtual or in person; managing patient call backs to nurses and/or medical assistant; requesting medication refills Understands and strives to meet or exceed call center patient experience Engages with callers, confirming and clarifying information, diffusing escalated situations, as needed Keeps records of all conversations in our call center database Adheres to all company policies and procedures Other duties as assignedQualifications - External Qualifications High school diploma or GED 1 or more years working in a Call Center preferred Previous experience in a medical office environment preferred Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitasking Bilingual is a plusEEO StatementMass General Brigham is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
