Apply today.Requirements for Skilled Nursing Facility CNA:Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.Current AHA BLS, and CNA certification.Minimum of 6 months full-time experience as a skilled nursing facility CNA within the last year.Must show competency with performing catheter care, documentation of input and output, transferring patients via gait belt, and use of mechanical lifts.Ability to provide comfort and support to patients, assisting with personal hygiene and other activities of daily living.Experience working on units such as dementia care, short term rehabilitation, and long term care is highly preferred.Rates are subject to change without prior notice and are driven by the marketplace and facility needs. Assigned rates fall within listed ranges.
