Purpose: The primary purpose of the Customer Service Representative
position will provide excellent sales support to our Customers and
Sales Professionals. The position will be able to work
cross-functionally throughout the organization and interface with
external partners and customers to promote the company and assist
with customer service activities. Job Highlights: * Understand and
successfully execute the quoting, sales order entry, warranty,
returns, replacement, and freight claims processes within
prescribed guidelines and authority levels. * Update CRM with
pertinent information to process orders * Coordinate the hand off
installation projects from the Sales to the Project Management team
* Answer customer inquiries about their orders while providing
best-in-class service * Create and maintain exceptional customer
experiences and continuously build relationships. * Interface
effectively with all other business units (Finance, Accounting,
Sales Support, etc.) to meet business needs with high levels of
integrity and customer service Experience and Qualifications: *
Associate degree in Business Administration or related field, or
equivalent years of education or experience * Exceptional
communication skills, both written and verbal * Effective
multi-tasker with excellent organizational skills * Proficient in
Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.) *
Customer-focused orientation and ability to adapt/respond to
