Entry Level Community Outreach - $20/hr Guaranteed - Boston, MA We're hiring Community Outreach Representatives in Boston to support major nonprofit organizations working on humanitarian, environmental, and social justice campaigns.This is an entry-level role with paid training, ideal for candidates interested in nonprofits, advocacy, communications, marketing, public engagement, or community outreach.No previous experience is required - we're looking for outgoing people who enjoy talking with others and working in team environments.If you're looking for meaningful work, guaranteed hourly pay, and the opportunity to develop valuable communication and leadership skills, this could be a great opportunity. What the Job Involves Our teams raise funds through face-to-face outreach with members of the public in community spaces and neighborhoods across the Boston area.Outreach representatives speak with people about important nonprofit campaigns and invite them to become monthly supporters.Successful team members often enjoy:Meeting and speaking with new people throughout the dayWorking in energetic team environmentsActive work that involves being outdoors and on your feetThis is a face-to-face outreach role that involves speaking with members of the public throughout the day.
