Unitex is experiencing unprecedented growth with the opening of our newest, state-of-the-art plant in Lawrence, MA! Due to this expansion, we are seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee a production lines in our brand new plant.

Responsibilities include:

• Overseeing daily production requirements in a fast-paced environment
• Managing, training, coaching and disciplining a team of up to 25 people
• Updating reports based on the daily productivity of their department
• Training new employees on plant equipment and safety policies
• Approving weekly department payroll
  Required Skills:
  
  • Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing people
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
  • Solid work ethic, motivated, flexible, and a good problem solver
  • This position will work one weekend day as part of a 5-day work week.
