Rite Window Hourly base pay plus uncapped commissions Average first

Company wellness incentives About this Role Build rapport and trust
with potential customers and generate free consultation
appointments for our outside sales department Field inbound and
outbound calls to engage interested prospects as part of our
customer acquisition efforts Identify customers’ needs, clarify
information, and provide solutions Collaborate with our sales teams
to cultivate opportunities for customer growth Participate in
weekly training sessions to enhance production and purpose Engage
in team building and mentorship initiatives Key Qualifications
Experience handling inbound and outbound calls in a
performance-driven environment Previous roles in confirmation,
appointment setting, dispatch - preferred Five9 experience - a
plus! Weekend availability required Must be tech-savvy and familiar
with data entry, Microsoft Office, and CRMs Ability to speak with
confidence to prospects and multitask on systems Positivity,
Flexibility, Determination and a Persuasive personality High energy
and willingness to learn Attention to detail Self-motivated,
competitive, disciplined, and focused on career advancement High
School Diploma or Equivalent Type: W2 position, Full-time,
