Job Description:
Posting Summary Define, develop, implement, and lead a robust
research enterprise consisting of grants, contracts, and a fee-for
service account. Perform grant preparation, budget creation and
management, protocol development and oversight, quality control and
data analysis, and daily supervision of the Laboratory of Clinical
Biochemistry Research ( LCBR ), including direct supervision of
senior staff to manage project timelines and set work schedules and
priorities for technical staff. Act as key contact and advisor to
outside agencies, including extramural faculty-level investigators,
representing the LCBR and making decisions for PIs in their
absence. Work in collaboration with LCBR faculty. Desirable
Qualifications Knowlege of UVM financial and administrative systems
is highly preferable.
