Location: Newport, St. Johnsbury & surrounding areas Salary: $40,000–$50,000/year Bonus: Sign-On Bonus after successful 90?day review Schedule: Full-time | Remote On-Site | Travel required (company vehicle provided) Empower Vermont’s youth and families! Vermont Support & Stabilization (VTSS) has been strengthening communities since 2012. We’re seeking a dedicated Permanency Coordinator to support at?risk and adjudicated youth through short-term therapeutic stabilization and long-term community resource planning. What You’ll Do: • Provide support and stabilization services to youth & families • Coordinate treatment, discharge planning, and case management • Help clients build natural supports and sustainable community connections • Support families with routines, communication, behavior plans & more • Collaborate with courts, schools, DCF & community providers • Attend weekly supervision & team meetings What You Bring: • Bachelor’s preferred (Human Services/Social Work/Therapeutic fields) • Associate’s required in related field • Experience with traumatized youth/adolescents • Valid driver’s license & clean background Why VTSS? ?
